- What day, time frame works for you to have the service done
- Do you have a garage or shaded area for the vehicle? (Not required but preferred)
- Vehicle year/type
- If you leave a voicemail,, text us send an email we will respond as soon as possible but no longer than 24 hours.

- We are a mobile service and come to you
- Process will take approximately 1 hr.
- You will need to pop the hood for taping but we do not enter vehicle
- Park in shade or garage if possible
- If in a parking lot, park in area free from traffic with preferably one open car space around vehicle
- Temperature should be about 50 degrees or
- If rain is forecast for that day must be in a covered carport or garage or we will reschedule
- For high pollen days may need to reschedule but that rarely happens
- Hold off on car washes for at least 24 hours after service
